* Steps to reproduce:
  1. add a contact ( incoming call number) and add picture in contacts app of DUT.
  2. make incoming call from other phone to DUT.
  3. tap [answer] button to answer incoming call.
  4. screen flickering as display contact picture of incoming call and update ongoing time.


* Actual results:
  Screen flickering as display contact picture of incoming call and update ongoing time.
  Can be reproduced on CAF ES2 build and latest Flame v2.0.

* Expected results:
  No screen flickering as display contact picture of incoming call and update ongoing time.
