According to the ACs of US Bug 1107894, if you are the owner/creator of a room, if someone else joins to that room, you will receive a notification about it (already implemented).
We have detected that in case Loop application is killed, if someone else joins to the room, the Push is received and even the Loop application is launched (you can see it in the Task Switcher) something wrong happens as the notification is not shown in the tray.
I've includes some logs when the app is started (OK) and when the app is killed (NOK)

Why is this sec-sensitive, and does it really need to be? If anything, should it be moco confidential or something?

I was a mistake when creating the bug and I was not able to disable it, that's the reason I resolved it as INVALID, sorry about that!
