[1.Description]:
[Flame][v2.1&2.2][FM Radio]While we are playing the FM radio in Speaker mode, we receive an incoming call. After the called ended, we can only hear the FM radio from the earphones.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
1. Open FM Radio and play it.
2. Enable Speaker mode.
3. Tap Home button.
4. Receive an incoming call.
5. End the call.


[3.Expected Result]: 
The user can hear the sound from the FM radio speaker again.

[4.Actual Result]: 
We can only hear the sound from the earphones.
