Devices:Nexus 7 - 

Steps:
1. Go to get.webgl.org 
2. Try to zoom in/out 

Expected Results:
- The page should be zoomed in/out

Actual Results:
- you are unable to zoom in /out

Note:
- Last good build: 33.1
- First bad build: 34.0b1
- I can go to a deeper Regression tomorrow early morning if no one will recognize the cause till then

Prevents zooming. Try the page in Chrome.

Aaron, well then why is it working in Fx 33.1? Is it not reading that?

It's possible we had viewport problems. A regression-range window would confirm that.
