Description:
When the user ends the 1st call with a saved contact while there is another incoming call, the contact name is cut off on the call screen.

Pre-requisite: Have at least 1 contact with a valid phone number in Contacts app. 

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20141216040205.
2) Receive an incoming call from a saved contact.
3) Receive another call from another device, but do not answer select any options (ignore/answer).
4) Press the end button for the 1st call.
5) Observe the call screen. 
  
Actual:
The contact name is cut off at the bottom.
  
Expected: 
The contact name is displayed correctly.

Too late to fix this in 2.1, I don't think we need to block the release for this small glitch. This would be a good nice to have in 2.2 though.
