Bug 1065050 rewrote pushlog as a proper Mercurial extension. Among other things, `hg pull` will now fetch pushlog changes. We should get the pushlog extension deployed. We should update the mirroring scripts to not perform a manual pushlog database copy, since `hg pull` will handle it all automatically. This should make pushes/mirroring faster.
