Steps to reproduce:
Compose a web page
Publish by HTTP PUT to some URL
Observe dialog with Cancel button even when publishing complete
Actual results:
Cancel button was still present after publishing complete; clicking it closes the publishing window
Expected results:
I would expect a Close button to appear in place of the Cancel button when publishing is complete
