See attached screencast. Note how the Downloads button shows a dark grey box when hovered, but the bookmarks-menu-button shows the light grey box when hovered (should be dark), and the associated bookmarks-button gets the dark grey box (should be light).

Also noticed the same issue on Windows 10 (I guess it also affects 8 as well).
