Description:
When device set to use an RTL language like Arabic, the calendar icons Options/Drawer and Add Event are not mirrored (Options icon should be on right side of screen, add event icon should be on left side of screen.) 
   
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20141217040204
2) Set language to Arabic
3) Launch Calendar app
  
Actual:
Add Event and Options/Drawer icons are not mirrored (drawer on left, add event on right).
  
Expected: 
Add Event and Options/Drawer icons are mirrored (drawer on right, add event on left).

This is mainly a header bug, but we're not gonna be working on it per UX recommendations to keep it LTR-ed for 2.2.
