Steps to reproduce:
access form element textarea sample page.
http://www.mongolfont.com/test/firefox/textarea.html
Actual results:
On the windows there is extra space on the right size of the box in vertical-rl

On the Mac OS X the half of the starting line is not display in vertical-lr

Expected results:
we home displayed like textarea_correct.png on IE.

I can't reproduce this in the latest nightly, both on Win 7 and OS X 10.9.5.
Do you reproduce ?

It is fixed on 38.0a1 (2015-01-13).
