Microsoft is no longer required to show the browser ballot in the EU, and they have discontinued it.

Which makes me wonder if we can go ahead and tear down all the moving parts on our side
* stop creating EU ballot repacks
* stop creating a bouncer product for release builds, and updating aliases when shipping
* shutter any web properties we still run (browserchoice.mozilla.com is already gone)

Status: waiting for 35.0.1 to finish before doing some cleanup in Bouncer.
