STR:
1. Start FF with a new profile
2. Start 5 rooms and leave them open
3. Open the panel and check the rooms order
4. Close the rooms from the X button in the following order: 1,2,3,4,5
5. Open the panel and check the rooms order

Expected results:
At steps 3, 5 the rooms order should be 5,4,3,2,1.

Actual results:
Random order
Sevaan -- How much does the order of Rooms concern you from a UX perspective? I'm bucketing this for Fx39 triage, unless you think it has a big UX impact.

With 5 rooms is not as big a deal, but beyond that there is cause for concern. As room lists grow (especially if rooms move below the scroll area) it is very easy to lose context and possibly site of active rooms all together.

The way room ordering works has changed, I think it's working, can you confirm Sevaan?
