1113607 - Sync tab displayed "resend link" even after you confirm the account/mail

Steps:
1. Go to settings ans setup sync
2. Open the confirmation link sent to your mail
3. Go to Tabs ( tray ) -> sync tabs 

Expected Results:
- a loading progress bar/ flicker should be displayed 

Actual Results:
- the old message with Resend link text is still displayed

Note:
- this is not reproducing on Beta ( doesn't have the new UI but there is displayed the text - we moved your tabs to home )
- this is not reproducing on Aurora nor Nightly which contain the new tablet UI

First, I'm not concerned about the Synced Tabs in the Tabs Tray.  I'm not sure that's even listening for the relevant Sync events.  If we don't update properly in the Remote Tabs panel, that's an issue.

Second, we'll only "see" that the Firefox Account is verified the next time we sync.  Usually, browsing around will trigger a sync, which will advance the Account state past "unverified", in the process updating any UI.  But it's possible to not sync for a long time, leaving stale UI in place for an unbounded amount of time.

So this is just the way the system works, hence WONTFIX.  If we did something clever with push notifications, we could do better, but that's a long way off.
