When USB Storage is enable, open gallery from contacts and there will be no 'memory card in use' text

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20141218040201
2) USB Storage is enable from settings
3) Go to contacts, add new contacts
4) Add Picture
5) Tap Gallery 

Actual:
no 'memory card in use' text

Expected:
'memory card in use' text display

This issue does not reproduce on the Flame 2.1 and the Flame 2.0, the 'memory card in use' text display
