User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/39.0.2171.95 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce: I downloaded the latest version of Firefox for windows, which is 34.0.5 Actual results: After completing installation I started the browser and getting all the time that pop-up (see attachment) that "The procedure entry point PK11_PubDecryptRaw could not be located in the dynamic link library nss3.dll". Please note that i work for an enterprise, I have admin rights on my machine, but some folders/permissions are locked for us. That might be the reason why this error happens... Expected results: I should load FireFox without getting that pop-up.

Firefox doesn't use that function directly, so on some platforms it isn't exported from the library it's defined in. Are there any addons you have installed that might be trying to call it directly?
Flags: needinfo?(jsbedard)
I removed the installation from version 34 and installed version 32 and now it loads properly without the error. Is there an FF internal log i can get for the errors and attach to this thread maybe?

The browser console might be helpful - it should be under Tools -> Web Developer -> Browser Console (this is on linux - it might be different for different systems). There's also the raw data in about:healthreport, but that data can be sensitive (i.e. you probably don't want to post it here). It might be enough to know what addons you have installed (see about:addons).
I have been experiencing this with recent updates but only on my work computer. I don't remember the exact update this started but in another forum someone mentioned they uninstalled Crystal XI and that corrected the error. (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1074929) I have Crystal X installed, however I need that program for my daily work. I can submit a console log if that would help. The error does not occur when I select links within the browser, it occurs fairly regularly when selecting links in other programs, such as an embedded link in Excel or email. It does not appear when selecting a link from a web based email account.
I am now getting this error on one of my machines. "The procedure entry point PK11_PubDecryptRaw could not be located in the dynamic link library nss3.dll". I was running FF 24.7 ESR with no issues. I chose to not update until now because of testing I do. I upgraded today to 38.3 ESR and now this issue displays. On another machine I test with, I've been getting "The procedure entry point PK11_PubDerive could not be located in the dynamic link library nss3.dll", which is a little different. I had the time to try and research and resolve, but I have not found anything yet that will help me resolve either of these two issues on Mozilla's web site. Is there anything that will help resolve this? Help! Thanks!
Hello, I am also getting this error. Running on FF 41.0.2 (20151014143721) since 22.10, Win 7 Ent 64-bit with Crystal 11 (also can't simply uninstall). Before the upgrade the error was not appearing.
