Details

If a product has the CANEDIT bit set for one of its groups, a user who doesn't belong to this group is not allowed to edit bugs in this product, even if he has editbugs privs or is the reporter/assignee. To make this obvious to the user, all bug fields should be displayed as plain-text, as we do for users without editbugs privs.
