Now that we have the new SCL3 staging environment, we can switch off/recycle the old staging nodes in the A-team AWS account.

Whilst the longer term plan is to move things to AWS, we presumably won't be using the old staging nodes (or even this particular AWS account) as part of that plan anyway.

Mauro, can you confirm we want to do this - and I presume glob needs to be the one to action it?

Both 54.193.27.166 and 54.193.36.223 can be turned off.
I'm assigning this bug to :glob because he's the gatekeeper of the a-team properties on aws
