In RTL Secure website icon overlaps url


Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20141223010202
2) Go to settings 
3) Go to do not track
4) Click link at the bottom of the page 


Actual:
Secure website icon overlaps part of url


Expected:

Secure website icon does not overlap part of url

This has been tracked and fixed in bug 1033917.

This problem is verified as "pass" on latest build of Flame 2.2 and N5 2.2 by the STR in comment 0.
Actual result: In RTL mode, the Secure website icon is displayed at right side of url, it does not overlap part of url.
