Description: When deleting an app or smart collection in Arabic, the delete and cancel buttons are not mirrored.

Repro Steps:
1: Update a Flame to 20141223010202.
2: Long press on the homescreen to enable edit mode.
3: Tap on a red X on an app or smart collection icon.

Actual: The "delete" and "cancel" buttons are not mirrored.

Expected: The "delete" and "cancel" buttons are mirrored.
