This bug has been verified to fail on latest Flame 2.1, 2.2 and 3.0 build.

Steps:
1.Launch Clock.
2.Add some alarms.
3.Uncheck one alarm, then check it again.

Expected Result: 
3.The icon should not flash.

Actual Result: 
3.The check icon will flash.
