In bug 1102831 I have been ad-hoc patching styles inherited from /shared/style/lists.css to make things look like Settings app (per UX request). 

We should really clean those ad-hoc up and reconsider the need to use /shared/style/lists.css -- indeed Settings app is having its own lists.css now: /apps/settings/style/lists.css (and that's where I copied the ad-hoc patches from).
Tim, do we need to synchronize on this, as you'll also be working on the UI for downloadable dictionaries?

As discussed before holiday -- I can work my patch of bug 1029951 on top of bug 1102831.

Eventually this bug should be worked on but probably after those two bugs.
