We currently have 440 open bugs, but the project wiki drop down filter only has the capacity to display 400.
https://wiki.mozilla.org/index.php?title=Auto-tools/Projects/Treeherder&oldid=1044022#All_open_bugs
I searched for the controls in several places but I must be missing something obvious :)

The plugin used for the Bugzilla tables on the wiki is:
https://github.com/mozilla/mediawiki-bugzilla
Issues are filed in two places (helpful I know, sigh):
https://github.com/mozilla/mediawiki-bugzilla/issues
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/buglist.cgi?product=Webtools&component=mediawiki-bugzilla&resolution=---
There are two things we should do:
1) Add an "All" option - filed https://github.com/mozilla/mediawiki-bugzilla/issues/65
2) Add the ability to specify the default pagination as part of the custom plugin wiki-markup - https://github.com/mozilla/mediawiki-bugzilla/issues/33
3) Possibly increase the default from 10 rows.
That said, the setting is just pagination - it is still possible to view all the bugs in the table, you just need to use the arrows to the bottom right to go to the next page. Given this & that the "all bugs" table on the Treeherder wiki page was intended more as an easy place to search/filter to find bugs (and so normally people wouldn't be viewing all 440 bugs at once), I think there isn't much left to do in this bug - but I'm going to create a mediawiki-bugzilla patch for at least #1 above. (There are also many other parts of the plugin that could do with some TLC, if you are intested? :-))
