BugzillaJS does this and this proves super useful. It adds a "(new)" link next to the "(edit)" link.

That's done in the modal view so I think we can close it.

the modal view is bmo-only, while this is an upstream bug, so we cannot duplicate it to bug 1096798 as upstream still doesn't have this functionality.
