I want to log in to my Yahoo mailbox, the pw mgr doesn't ask me about saveing or
not my pw
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. type username
2. type password
3. click Sign In
Actual Results: the login completes without the password manager asking me to
save or not the user name and password
