Steps to reproduce:
Opened Firefox version 37.0a1 (2014-12-29)
From main menu click on help menu
go to Nightly Health Report
From opened page click on link "Learn more"
Actual results:
New tabs opened with empty content
right click to that link, and choose "Open link in new tab" opens page in new tab with correct content
Expected results:
Click on link "Learn more" , should open new tab with corresponding content
