Premise:You have installed SIM card.
1.Use another device to call the device.
2.When there is coming call, press power to lock screen.
3.Drag the bar to answer/reject the call.

[3.Expected Result]: 
3.The call should be answer/reject successfully.

[4.Actual Result]: 
3. You can't answer/reject the call successfully.

To me, this issues looks like a lot to the bfcache one (bug 1078448). One of the duplicate (bug 1074379) has the same kind of screen.

Let's check this bug again once bug 1078448 has landed.
