I'm sorry I can't give you a screenshot for this one. It would make the
reporting a bit easier. And Browser-General is most likely not the place for
this, either, but I didn't see any other Components that looked more appropriate.

The background images on the page gain gray, horizontal lines when the page is
scrolled: scrollbar, arrows or mousewheel, it doesn't matter.

The lines appear to be aligned with the top of the image, but they repeat at
almost every new row. The text on the page is not affected, just the background
image.

The lines are not solid, but instead look almost like little rectangles, with
black sides, grey fill and about a 2px gap between them. They're much longer
than the are wide.
Resolving as dup of bug 83289.
Changing resolution in prefs to 96 dpi might help.
