This is with today's trunk build (2.2) on Simulator and on device in rtl mode (Arabic language).
See screenshot.
As you can see is the stop/reload button in the url bar of the browser, overlayed by the title text of the website.
I think the stop/reload should be on the left side of the UI and the "..." button on the right side of the UI in rtl mode.
