Steps to reproduce:

1.set the AP with the 64 bit WEP security;
2.set WEP key ID 1,2,3,4;
3.set the HEX 10 password
4.try to connect the AP

result:
Only when the WEP key ID is 1,DUT can connect the AP;DUT can not connect the AP when the WEP key ID is 2,3,4.

Besides,when the AP use the 128 bit WEP security,DUT can not connect the AP with WEP key ID 1,2,3,4;

FFOS does not have the UI to input the WEP key ID.

Current design do not have an option to configure WEP key index. By default, WEP key index 0 is used.

I verified that 64 bits and 128 bits WEP can work properly when key index is 0. When WEP key index is set to 1, 2 or 3, the connection will be rejected. 

The connection is also rejected on iphone and android phone when WEP key index is 1, 2 or 3.
