When you go to settings of E-Mail, the bottom of settings page will flash.

Prerequisite: You have logged in an  E-mail account.
1. Launch E-Mail app.
2. Tap menu -> settings icon.
3. Tap the account you have logged in.

[3.Expected Result]: 
3. It will go to settings page correctly.

3. The bottom of page will flash.

I believe the root cause of this is bug 1109315, just manifesting differently. However, the workaround planned in bug 1109315 will fix this issue too, so duping.
