Video app first start-up spend a longer time.

*** Steps to Reproduce ***
1.Fill the device with 250 contacts, 50 call logs, 100 sms, 300 images, 150 music, 50 videos.
2.Open Video and press home button to switch Video app in background.
3.Open Video which is hide in background.

*** Expected Results ***
The background Video app is opened promptly.

*** Actual Results ***
The performance of Video open in Firefox OS is worse than Android.

*** The average time ***
7715ea-FFOS ：1.331s
Flame-FFOS  ：0.667s
7715ea-Android: 1.060s

Dear Vchen:

In 2.1, when open the background video app, it will firing "visibilitychange" event, and then video app will do nothing else.

But sometimes when it goes to foreground, the thumbnails of video will be make a refresh, this cause the video app hot start slowly, sometimes it didn't make a refresh, so hot start become faster.

Could you help to find someone to investigate this issue?

The same condition in v1.4，about 1.369s.
