Open a background Camera app spend a longer time

*** Steps to Reproduce ***
1.Fill the device with 250 contacts, 50 call logs, 100 sms, 300 images, 150 music, 50 videos.
2.Open Camera and press home button to switch Camera app in background.
3.Open Camera which is hide in background.

*** Expected Results ***
The background Camera app is opened promptly.

*** Actual Results ***
The performance of Camera open in Firefox OS is worse than FFOS_v1.4.
