Steps to reproduce:

1.launch setting APP
2.click return and note down the time t1
3.note down the time t2 when the return idle or quit setting.
4.calculate t2-t1
5.Repeat steps 1 to 4 reproduce time


Actual results:

SPRD   2.1      t2-t1:0.939s
SPRD  Andriod t2-t1:0.606s
SPRD  1.4       t2-t1:1.679s
flame  2.1       t2-t1:1.135s


Expected results:

2.1 is faster or almost as the same Andriod

test consume time is wrong,the correct as fallow:

SPRD   2.1    t2-t1:0.939s
SPRD  Andriod t2-t1:0.606s
SPRD  1.4     t2-t1:1.014s
flame  2.1    t2-t1:1.135s
