Steps to reproduce:

1. Add missing word to user dictionary
2. Type word wrong
3. Open suggestions




Actual results:

Word in user dictionary is not shown in suggestions


Expected results:

Word in user dictionary should be shown beside suggestions from installed dictionary.

Same problem in Thunderbird.
