As discussed in bug 648548 comment 23, we will need to store downloadable fonts for languages/math on a Mozilla server. The WIP GitHub repository

https://github.com/fred-wang/mozilla-font-server

contains some fonts and the associated json data to be used by Fennec. This server could also be useful for bug 467729 (for example it is used by the Mozilla add-on https://github.com/fred-wang/MissingFontsNotifier on platforms where PackageKit is not available).

(I'm not sure about the correct Bugzilla product for that bug, feel free to move it)

I think we're just using github for this (eg. http://mozilla.github.io/Fira/ ).  I'm going to close this as I don't think there is more to do.

I think the purpose of this bug was for programmatic download by products -- load some web content, see it needs math fonts, and download them on the fly.

That said, it's probably a WONTFIX or subsumed into other DLC work.
