Details

When forcing a reload (via SHIFT + reload button), the background-image is
requested once for each element that uses it.

In a document which uses a single background-image on four identical DIVs
(differing only by id), the file is requested four times.

On a normal load or a normal reload the image is loaded once. Only the forced
reload is faulty.
