Details
There are three http URLs that iOS considers special: https://maps.apple.com, http://phobos.apple.com and http://www.youtube.com. These have special behaviour and in most cases they directly open the native app, if installed.
What should we do with these? Also, do these need confirmation dialogs?

I think confirmation dialogs for these are appreciated. Better would be if you could turn these off if the user doesn't happen to like them.
