0. setup master password
1. If you chose not to unlock master pw when starting fx
2. any site with stored password, will trigger reprompt.
There exists an addon to mess with this. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/master-password/ .
Small number of users affected. Papercut.
