Details
Using build 2001112003 under Windows 98, I tried to D&D a bookmark with a colon
in the name to the desktop, and it didn't work time after time.
I was going to file a bug on that particular bookmark, but found out the colon
was the issue. The real problem is that the D&D icon showed as a valid drop
target when it shouldn't have. An invalid D&D icon should show for any D&D
operation with invalid name characters targeted at Windows.
