Description:
The text field for SSID Network Name in "Join hidden network" is LTR instead of RTL.

Repro Steps:
1)  Updated Flame to Build ID: 20150107010216
2)  Factory reset the phone and choose "Arabic" for the language in the FTE.
3)  Keep tapping "Next" until reaching the "Select a network" page.
4)  Tap on "Join hidden network".
5)  Tap on the SSID Network Name text field.

Actual:
The SSID Network Name text field is LTR instead of RTL.

Expected:
The text field is RTL.

I believe this might be because SSID stays in Latin script and is therefore supposed to appear LTR.
Flagging Arab localizer so he can confirm though is this bug is valid or not. Thanks!

SSID should remains in latin we don't localise it
