The Bugzilla source tree now has Docker support. Even cooler is that there is a "generate_bmo_data.pl" script that sets up flags, etc that make local BMO instances behave slightly more like production. We should incorporate this script/data in our testing environment so our Bugzilla is even more similar to the real deal.

So I assume that script injects two additional user accounts, hence the general increment by 2. Out of curiosity, am I interpreting [generate_bmo_data.pl](http://bzr.mozilla.org/bmo/4.2/view/head:/contrib/docker/generate_bmo_data.pl) correctly - the two additional accounts are [e-mail] and [e-mail]?
