Actual results:
But, it's now rather dated, created 2002, and so examples aren't entirely relevant (e.g. refers to 56k modems), and doesn't cover HTML5, only 4.01.
Expected results:
Could an alternative be found? Hard to tell if Mark is still writing, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mark_Pilgrim#Open_source_work would suggest he may not be.
How about an alternative, I find http://webaim.org/ useful, though there may well be others!

I guess this was referenced from https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/Accessibility which we've updated a lot. I don't think bug is relevant anymore.
