Long subject line in the header pane are a real pain ;)

Annoyances:
- Subject goes off screen -> the end cannot be read (particularly annoying
because we *still* don't have titletips for the subject line in the subject pane.

- Attachments are no longer accessible

- All UI elements on the right of mail/news move off screen and become
inaccessible (vert scrollpar, size collumn, etc.)

All in all, a real pain in the a**

Best solution:
Make subject lines wrap (like the TO: and CC: lines do).
