Description:
When the user opens the Music app for the first time, they will notice the loading "spinner" icon is moving clockwise instead of counter clockwise.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20150108010221.
2) Factory reset the phone.
3) Set the device language to Arabic in the FTE and proceed to the homescreen.
4) Open the music app and pay close attention to the loading icon that appears when the songs are being loaded for the first time.

Actual:
The loading icon is moving clockwise.
  
Expected: 
The loading icon should be moving counter clockwise.
