Description:
The input field is left-aligned on the "Edit collection" and "Edit bookmark" screen. 

Pre-requisite: Have at least 1 smart collection or a website added to the homescreen.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20150108010221.
2) Set the device language in Arabic under Settings > Language.
3) Press the home button.
4) Long-press a smart collection or a bookmark on the homescreen to enter the edit mode.
5) Tap the smart collection or bookmark.
6) Tap on the input field.

Actual:
The text on the input field is left-aligned.
  
Expected: 
The text on the input field is right-aligned.

Note:
This issue also reproduces on "Add to home screen" page from the Browser.

Text in input field should be right-aligned only when the text content in Arabic, Farsi, Urdu or RTL-based.
