Right now it has to be done by hand in Balrog. We should have an update_shipping Balrog, just like we do for Firefox/Thunderbird.

The patches and work is in bug 1344222 indeed. However, because this "never worked properly" we are still pending a decision there if we should move forward or not. We can discuss it during post-mortem on Wednesday and take a decision. The work is done, just need to land those and/or adjust where needed.

Closing this as dupe of that bug.
