Description:
The location of send and received messages on the message thread is not mirrored. The sent messages are on the left, and the received are on the right as in LTR.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20150109010206.
2) Set the device language in Arabic under Settings > Language.
3) Open Messages app.
4) Select New message icon.
5) Send and receive SMS messages.
6) Observe the message thread.
  
Actual:
Sent messages are on the left, and received messages are on the right.

This is actually the expected behavior recommended by UX.
