1120321 - Change libnfc-pn547 git repository naming

Now the naming of nfc mifare library is called libnfc-pn547.
https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/libnfc-pn547

This library will be put in external, so i would like to sync the naming likes other library putting in external folder.

I think platform_external_libnfc-pn547 would be a better name.

Hi Michael,
Could you help change the repository naming from libnfc-pn547 to platform_external_libnfc-pn547 ?
Currently no one is using this library so it won't hurt any product

I think I will also need releng's help to change the naming in mirror in git.mozilla.org, right ?
If you are fine with the naming change, what will be a correct flow for doing this ?

Nope, doesn't make a difference.
