Description:In video mode, flash is torch, turn on hdr ,the flash won't turn off.
Device: SPRD 7715ea
Steps to Reproduce:
1) open camera
2) switch to video mode
3) turn flash to torch
4) click setting to change hdr to on
Actual Result：flash still on
Expected Result：flash should turn off.
Repro frequency：10/10,100%
Analysis:
Maybe, we should disable or don't show hdr item in setting when video mode.
