Hi, SandKing, It means 24hr before. This is current design. 1. Launch Calendar. 2. Tap "+" icon. 3. Add a event that it will happens after 1441 minute. 4. Set "Remind me" as "1 day before" 5. Save the event and press the power key to lock device 6. Wait a moment 7. Check the notification after notification pops up. Please close this bug if you think the behavior is acceptable.

Hi William, I mean the issue appears when I set reminder for an “All day event” in calendar. If I set “Remind me” to be "1 day before", device should remind at 00:00 one day before that day. But actually, it doesn’t remind. And if reminder is not for an “All day event”, device will remind on time 24 hours before. So I think that “All day event” may exist some problems.

Is this expected behavior? When does the notification pop up if I set a all day event and the reminding time is "1 day before"? Many thanks.

Hi, Dylan, Sorry to disturb you. Gareth seemed to be busy. Do you know who is the right person to confirm the behavior? Many thanks.

The alarm actually triggers, but it is not really 24h before the start time.. By looking at the code I think the expected behavior was to fire at 9am (I guess to avoid waking up the user) but for me it fires 5am if my location is set to NY but if I change location to London it fires at 10am. I'll need to spend more time to figure out why this is happening. You can test it faster by simply: 1. open calendar 2. change system time to 12:05pm 3. create all day event to next day w/ alarm set to "1 day before" 4. alarm should trigger immediately if your location is set to London or NY Since the alarm is triggered I wouldn't mark this as a "high priority", but it's definitely a weird behavior, specially since it changes based on the timezone.
